How does the rental process work?
If you are interested in renting our Sandy Toes Townhouse, we ask you for your name and address so we can email you a rental agreement. Included with the rental agreement will be a credit card authorization form. It is important that you complete, sign and return the rental paperwork, either by email or fax, as soon as possible in order to reserve your vacation dates. Once we receive your completed paperwork, we will email you a confirmation that your deposit has been processed and that your vacation dates are reserved.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before you arrive. Once we have processed your final payment, we will email you a confirmation that your payment has been processed. In the final payment confirmation email, we will also provide you with the Check-In instructions; the Key Code needed to enter the our Sandy Toes Townhouse; and the contact information for our local on-site property manager should you have any questions about the unit or the complex amenities.
We treat your information as if it were our own. Rental paperwork is kept confidential and secured. It is destroyed and shredded when no longer needed.
Based on our experiences, we have tried to streamline the rental process as much as possible and believe that it works well. We think you will feel the same.

What do I need to bring?
This townhouse is completely outfitted with bedding/linens and a fully functional kitchen. Yes - there is a blender. Yes - There are beach towels in the main floor bathroom closet and sand toys in the main floor kitchen closet.
You will need to bring your toiletries; hair styling items ie. blow dryer; medications; and any other personal items.
Located within a 6 block radius are CVS and Walgreens drugstores; Publix and Winn Dixie SuperMarkets; Ron Jons; Beach Surf and Rental Shops; Dunkin Donuts, restaurants and other eateries; Nail Salons; etc.. Located within a 5 minute drive by car is Walmart, Macy's, JC Penney, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, etc..

What are some fun things to do in the Cocoa Beach area?
There is LOTs to do in the Cocoa Beach Area. Start your day at Simple Delicious -- the best breakfast spot in town; Enjoy the beach and local shopping; Rent fishing poles at the end of the Pier; Feed the Giraffes at the Brevard Zoo; Rent Kayaks; Enjoy Miniature Golf; Take a Surf Lesson; Have Lunch with an real live Astronaut at Kennedy Space Center; Eat dinner at 5PM at the Grill and watch the Cruise Ships leave only feet from your table; watch a rocket launch; check out the neighborhood playground and tennis courts at Cameron Barkley Park down the block and to the right on California Ave; and more. And then there is always the Orlando Attractions less than 1 hour away.
What happens once my vacation rental is complete?
Typically, on the morning of the day you depart, another rental party will be checking in that same afternoon. We ask that you leave the beachfront townhouse ready for the cleaning crew as they will have only a limited time to get the bedding/towels washed, the unit cleaned and ready for the next vacationer. This means, that dishes should already be in the dishwasher. floors quick vacuumed or swept; garbage should be emptied, etc.. TV Controllers should be with the TVs and keys should be left in the unit. We try to keep our cleaning fee to a minimum and assume that the unit will be left ready for cleaning.
The cleaning crew will inspect the unit for any damage, missing items, etc.. Should there be a problem, they will notify us and if there is an issue, we will contact you directly. Our assumption is that you and your guests will take good care of our unit and any deposits will be returned.
